Company Development and Dual Manufacturing Bases

After years of stable expansion, Zhongshan Miaosen Stamping Die Factory now operates two major manufacturing bases located in Foshan and Zhongshan, forming a strong dual-production structure that enhances our capacity, flexibility, and delivery efficiency.

This dual-base system allows us to optimize production allocation based on project complexity, product type, and customer requirements, ensuring faster lead times and more stable manufacturing output.

Foshan Manufacturing Base Overview

Our Foshan manufacturing facility covers an area of approximately 9,000 square meters, with a skilled workforce of around 150 employees, including experienced engineers, mold designers, machinists, and quality control specialists.

This base is primarily focused on precision mold design and high-end machining services, with strong capabilities in:

The Foshan factory is equipped with 68 sets of advanced processing equipment, including:

With this advanced equipment portfolio, the Foshan base plays a key role in developing complex molds, precision tooling systems, and high-performance stamping dies for demanding industrial applications.

Zhongshan Manufacturing Base Overview

Our Zhongshan manufacturing base is a large-scale industrial production center with a working area of approximately 22,000 square meters and a workforce of around 300 employees.

This facility consists of four standardized factory buildings, designed to support large-volume production, die casting, stamping, machining, and assembly operations.

The Zhongshan base is equipped with advanced production systems, including:

  • More than 90 sets of die-casting machines (10T–300T range)
  • 8 sets of AMADA CNC machining equipment
  • 7 sets of AMADA bending machines
  • 13 sets of stamping machines and related forming equipment

This factory is mainly responsible for mass production, die casting, metal forming, structural components, and large-scale industrial parts manufacturing.

With strong production capacity and automation capability, the Zhongshan base ensures stable output, efficient delivery, and cost-effective manufacturing solutions for global customers.
